new tech stuff
I have found this blog (see here) and it's really cool. It talks about different technologies. The one that made me say "Wow, that's cool!" is Google Sky. This program could definitely be used in science and astronomy classes! It would be much more interesting to be able to see a constellation or particular star that was being discussed in class rather than to just talk about it. That's what I think anyway. Interesting site Meg., I agree that using visuals are a more effective way to teach and learn. Doesn't surprise me that Google has yet another "cool" feature that is interesting to users and can be applied in an effective classroom learning environment.
